In the Theme Options-> Membership-> Property Submission page, you can find settings for the submission page and from here, the admin will select the fields that will show in the submission form.

From the 2nd list the admin will select the fields that will be mandatory.

If mandatory fields are selected, the user will not be able to publish the listing unless all mandatory fields will be filled in.

The theme has 2 submission forms, one for users that are logged in and one for users that did not create an account yet or did not log in. Both forms have the same section, but a different design.

Admin can add properties from Properties-> Add new property. The properties can be added on his behalf or on behalf of agents.
