Theme Options – General – Splash Page – How it Works

In order to set the splash page must follow the below steps.

Step1: Create a new page and choose as template Splash Page.

Step2: Navigate the Theme Options > General > Splash Page and Select the splash page type.
You can choose between:

  • image
  • video
  • image slider

For Image option must upload the splash image on png, .jpg or .gif format.

For Video option must upload an video in mp4, webm, ogv  format and Cover Image for video.

For Image slider option you must upload images for slider and Slider Transition

Step3:  Set the Overlay Image and Overlay Color

For Overlay Image you must upload images on .png, .jpg or .gif format.

For Overlay Opacity you can set from 0 to 1 (Ex: 0.4)

Step4: Setup Splash Page Title, Splash Page Subtitle and Logo Link

Step5: Set widgets for Splash Page

For Splash Page we have a special widget section.

Go to Admin -> Appearance -> Widgets and edit the splash page widgets:
