Theme Options – Email Management – Email Settings

The email settings can be managed from Theme Options → Email Management → Emails Settings.

This section controls the general design and sender details for emails sent by the theme.

Email settings overview

Go to Theme Options → Email Management → Emails Settings.

From this section, you can configure:

  • The email format, HTML or text
  • The sender name
  • The sender email address
  • The email header and logo
  • The email footer and footer content
  • Social icons and social links
  • Email background colors

Send emails as HTML or text

Use Send emails as Html or text to choose the email format.

  • HTML – Emails can use the header, logo, footer, social icons, and color settings from this section.
  • Text – Emails are sent as plain text. The visual design options from this section will not apply.

Emails will be sent from name

Use Emails will be sent from name? to set the sender name shown in the email inbox.

Example: noreply, Your Real Estate Website, or your company name.

Use Emails will be sent from email to set the sender email address used by theme emails.

We recommend using an email address from your own domain, for example:
noreply@yourdomain.com.

Display email header

Use Display Email Header? to show or hide the header area in HTML emails.

  • Yes – The email header is displayed.
  • No – The email header is hidden.

The default email header contains the email logo.

Email logo

Use Email Logo to upload the logo displayed in the email header.

Click Upload, select the logo image from the Media Library, and save the settings.

Display email footer

Use Display Email footer? to show or hide the footer area in HTML emails.

  • Yes – The email footer is displayed.
  • No – The email footer is hidden.

Show address in email footer

Use Show Address in email footer? to show or hide the address information in the email footer.

This option applies only when the email footer is enabled.

Footer content

Use Footer Content to add the text displayed in the email footer.

Example:

Please do not reply directly to this email. If you believe this is an error or require further assistance, please contact us.

The footer content is displayed only if Display Email footer? is set to Yes.

Social icons and links

You can add up to 3 social icons in the email footer.

For each social icon, you can configure:

  • Social icon – Upload the social icon image.
  • Link social account – Add the URL for that social account.

If you do not want to show a social icon, leave the icon image and link empty.

Email colors

The color options apply only when emails are sent as HTML.

  • Email Background Color – Controls the background color around the email content.
  • Email Content Background Color – Controls the background color of the main email content area.

Important notes

Important: These settings control how theme emails are displayed and what sender details are used. They do not replace server email configuration or SMTP setup.
Tip: For better email delivery, we recommend using a valid domain email address and configuring SMTP on your site.
Note: If emails are not received, check the sender email, SMTP settings, spam folder, hosting mail logs, and any email delivery/security plugin used on the site.
