With the List Properties by Categories widget you can show categories: Property Action, Property Category, Property City , Property Area, Property State/County and the number of properties listed. It has the option to choose if Child Categories will be shown or not. The same for properties Count.
Technical – How to change the order of categories
The file name for the List Categories widget is this
/plugins/wpresidence-core/widgets/property_categories.php
To change the order you must add a code like this screenshot and change orderby bu ID or NAME
