The WpResidence Hotspots widget will be available only for Elementor and for theme versions bigger than 4.2
You can add in the homepage or in other pages with drag and drop
In the widget, you will have 3 sections: Content, Hotspot, and Tooltip
In Content, you will need to add an image. On that image, the HotSpots will be displayed.
In the HotSpot section, you will add the HotSpots
In the tooltip section, you will be able to set if the text added in the Hotspot section will be seen on click or on hover
