To manage font options navigate to Theme Options > Design > Sidebar Widget Design and locate the panel below on which you have the following options:

Widget padding control options

With these options you can adjust the internal padding top,left,bottom and right for widgets.

Widget Background Color, Heading Color, Heading Background Color, Font color, and Border

With these options you can adjust the widgets design.
