As an Admin, you can choose to publish front-end submitted properties either manually or automatically. The option is located in Theme Options → Submission & Membership →  Property Submission Page →Submitted listings should be approved by admin? 

• If YES is selected, the admin must manually approve each property (including edits).

• If NO is selected, properties will be published automatically.

If payment is enabled, it is recommended to publish properties automatically, so this option should be set to NO.
