Go to Theme Options General-Lists Layout & Sidebar and set the number of properties per page (will apply to Properties List, Properties list Half and Taxonomy pages)
The number of properties listed in the Advanced Search Results page is set from Theme Options-Search-Advanced Search Results Page
You must have the same value also setup to admin Settings > Reading to Blog pages show at most option.
All 3 values need to match
