Plans and Prices
Every plan includes the same theme, the same plugins and all 50 demos. The only difference is how many websites you can activate.

Your License and Billing
Two different places hold your account.

Get Your Theme Running
Step 1: Get your license code and the theme files. Log in to care.wpestate.org and open My Licenses.
Each license row shows the license code, the Support until date, whether it is activated on a site, and two downloads:

Step 2: Install the theme and the WPResidence Core Functionality plugin. How to install the theme and the required plugins
Step 3: Register your license. Refresh the WordPress admin. The license panel appears at the top of your admin pages. Select Purchased on wpresidence.net, paste your License Key, tick the consent box and click Register License.

How updates work
Theme updates arrive automatically in Dashboard → Updates and under Appearance → Themes once your license is registered. No extra plugin is needed.
How Many Websites Your License Covers
One live domain counts as one website.
Your plan decides how many websites you can run at the same time. A 3-site Studio plan gives you three separate license codes, and each code activates one domain. They are listed individually under My Licenses.
Move a license to another domain yourself
You can deactivate a license and register it again as many times as you like – on a staging site, then the live site, or on your next client project.
- On the site you are leaving, go to Site Settings → WpResidence License.
- Click Deactivate License. You will see Your license has been successfully revoked.
- Register the same license code on the new domain.
Renewals and What Happens When a License Expires
Your license is billed once a year and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time.
When a license expires or you cancel:
- Every site you have built keeps working exactly as it is. Nothing switches off, nothing phones home, no watermark appears.
- What stops is new versions, new features and support.
- You can renew at any time to start receiving them again.
The date your support and updates run to is shown as Support until on the My Licenses page.
How to cancel the renewal
- Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and enter the email address you used at checkout. You will receive a sign-in link by email – there is no password.
- Open your WPResidence order.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Manage Subscription.
- Cancel the subscription there.
Payment, VAT and Invoices
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, using Stripe payments. You can pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. Your payment details are processed by Lemon Squeezy and Stripe, never on our servers.
Prices on the pricing page are shown before tax. VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location, and Lemon Squeezy collects and remits it on our behalf.
If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU, enter your VAT number at checkout. If the number is valid, VAT is removed where applicable.
Refunds
WPResidence is a digital product, so sales are generally final. We review refund requests individually. Contact us via client support for further more info.
Support
Support runs through care.wpestate.org, the same place as your licenses and downloads. Register your support account with your license code, then open a ticket from Open a ticket. Your plan includes one year of support and updates, and the Support until date on My Licenses tells you when that runs to.
