Why are the contact details not showing now?
The contact details are not showing because the properties are currently not linked to agents.
The property card does not pull this information directly from general theme settings. It uses the contact details saved in the assigned agent profile. If a property has no main agent assigned, there is no contact data available for the card to display.
Please also note that the same property card template is used in multiple places on the website, such as homepage property lists and other listing areas, not only on the Advanced Search Results page.
What is the solution?
To show Email, WhatsApp, and Phone in the property card, you need to:
- Create or update the agent profile from Agents → Add New Agent
- Fill in the agent contact details, such as Email, Phone, and Mobile
- Edit each property and assign a Main Agent from Admin → Edit Property → Agent tab
After the property is connected to an agent profile with completed contact information, Card Unit 7 will be able to show those contact details in the property cards.
