If the Add Listing button and the User icon do not appear in the mobile header, the most common cause is the Mobile Menu color settings.

In this case, the options are usually enabled, but the selected colors make the icons blend into the background, so they look missing even though they are there.

Where to Check Mobile Menu Color Settings

Go to Theme Options > Header > Mobile Menu Colors.

From this panel, check the colors used for:

  • Mobile header background color
  • Mobile header icon color
  • Mobile menu font color
  • Mobile menu background color

If the header icon color is too similar to the header background color, the mobile menu icon and user icon may not be visible.

How to Fix the Mobile Menu Icons

Change the mobile header colors so there is enough contrast between the background and the icons.

For example:

  • use a dark background with light icons
  • or use a light background with dark icons

Once the colors are adjusted correctly, the icons should become visible again.

Where Add Listing and User Login Appear on Mobile

On mobile, the Add Listing button should appear in the mobile menu section, before the regular menu items.

The User Login icon should appear on the right side of the mobile header.

If these are not visible, check the mobile menu colors first before looking for other settings.

Save Changes and Clear Cache

After updating the mobile menu colors, click Save Changes.

If the changes are not visible right away, clear the theme cache and any additional cache used on the website.

You may need to clear:

  • WpResidence cache
  • cache plugin cache
  • server-side cache
  • browser cache

After clearing the cache, refresh the page on a mobile device or test again in an incognito window.

Note: In this situation, the issue is usually not that the Add Listing button or user dashboard option is disabled, but that the selected mobile menu colors make the icons invisible.
