When installing the Core Plugin Functionality – since this plugin holds the theme custom post types – you may see 404 – Not Found for Properties, Archives, Category.

Note: If you see Page Not Found for properties, categories, save Permalinks for the new plugin functions to apply correctly. It’s done only one time when you activate the plugin. Go to Admin > Appearance > Permalinks > Choose Post Name > Save Changes
