GoHighLevel supports an Inbound Webhook workflow trigger, which can receive form submissions and start automations inside your GoHighLevel account. In many cases, the webhook URL generated in GoHighLevel can be used as the endpoint inside WPResidence.

Option 2: Replace the theme form with your own GoHighLevel form (embed/iframe)
GoHighLevel forms are typically shared using an embed code (often an iframe). WPResidence supports adding custom content in specific areas (for example, via custom templates and widgets that can accept custom code).
However, the property page contact form area is not designed as a simple “paste any iframe here” field in every default layout. Replacing the built-in form with a custom embed may require:
- placing the embed code in the correct template or widget area (depending on your layout), or
- a small customization so the property page form section is replaced by your embed.
If your main goal is to use your exact GoHighLevel form design and tracking, this option can be achievable, but the implementation depends on the chosen property page layout and the exact embed code used.
Option 3: Use Contact Form 7 and connect it to GoHighLevel
WPResidence supports Contact Form 7. There is also a third-party plugin that markets integration between Contact Form 7 and GoHighLevel:
