Can I replace the property page contact form with my own GoHighLevel form, or send leads to GoHighLevel automatically?

Yes, you have a few options. Below is a clear overview of what is possible in WPResidence, based on the available documentation and typical CRM workflows.

Option 1: Send the built-in WPResidence form to GoHighLevel (recommended)

WPResidence supports sending contact form submissions to an external system through a Webhook URL (Theme Options → Webhook URL). This allows you to keep the built-in contact form on the property page and automatically forward submitted lead data to your CRM.

GoHighLevel supports an Inbound Webhook workflow trigger, which can receive form submissions and start automations inside your GoHighLevel account. In many cases, the webhook URL generated in GoHighLevel can be used as the endpoint inside WPResidence.

Documentation links:

  • GoHighLevel Inbound Webhook trigger
  • WPResidence Webhook URL settings

This is usually the cleanest approach because the property page form remains in place and leads can still reach your GoHighLevel workflow automatically.

Option 2: Replace the theme form with your own GoHighLevel form (embed/iframe)

GoHighLevel forms are typically shared using an embed code (often an iframe). WPResidence supports adding custom content in specific areas (for example, via custom templates and widgets that can accept custom code).

However, the property page contact form area is not designed as a simple “paste any iframe here” field in every default layout. Replacing the built-in form with a custom embed may require:

  • placing the embed code in the correct template or widget area (depending on your layout), or
  • a small customization so the property page form section is replaced by your embed.

If your main goal is to use your exact GoHighLevel form design and tracking, this option can be achievable, but the implementation depends on the chosen property page layout and the exact embed code used.

Option 3: Use Contact Form 7 and connect it to GoHighLevel

WPResidence supports Contact Form 7. There is also a third-party plugin that markets integration between Contact Form 7 and GoHighLevel:

Go High Level Extension for Contact Form 7 (WordPress.org)

This can work, but please note that using Contact Form 7 changes the form experience and may not match all theme-specific form features (for example, schedule tour behavior or styling can differ depending on your setup).

Important note for pre-sale questions

We can confirm that WPResidence supports:

  • Webhook URL forwarding for theme contact forms
  • custom template/widget areas where custom code can be added
  • the ability to embed custom content through templates/widgets

However, we cannot fully test your specific GoHighLevel workflow configuration before purchase because it depends on your GoHighLevel account settings and the exact webhook or embed code you use.

If your main requirement is that “every lead goes into GoHighLevel automatically,” the most straightforward starting point is Option 1 (Webhook URL).
