For theme version 1.70 and newer you can leave blank the subject field and the notification will NOT be sent. This applies to any notification from wp-admin – theme options -> email management.

For older versions:

In order to stop the emails received on property edit you need to go to wpresidence/user_dashboard_add.php and remove admin_email
